I never leave reviews but felt compelled because I was so blown away how awesome this Studio is! My boyfriend and I absolutely love EMS. Owners and trainers are so inspirational and truly care for their clientele. The Studio is gorgeous with nice view, the routines are intense and never the same, and every trainer always pushes you to work your hardest. Hands down best EMS studio in Vancouver:))

I really love the vibe at Sweat22! Neena is an amazing trainer and she will go above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable in the suit but working out hard at the same time. I’ve seen a great result in my overall energy and strength and would highly recommend working out at Sweat22 to anyone who wants to increase their muscle strength, metabolism and energy as well as to anyone who is in a rush and doesn’t have too much time to work out. The workout takes 22 minutes in total so you get in and out real quick which is also great!

Marijana is really great. She has a good handle on driving the fitness level and strength of exercises further. I see my progress and I find EMS really good. As an alternative to my other fitness (running primarily) I really enjoy it.
